Food safety is a basic requirement for the production of foodstuffs. Food safety is embedded in statutory requirements with regard to how operators must implement their food safety system (HACCP). It is also embedded in legal standards with regard to contaminants. Liprobel is a member of the European Federation, FEDIOL. FEDIOL's European Guide for the industrial production of feed materials has been approved by the European Commission. .
Liprobel is a member of the Belgian Ovocom, Feed Chain Alliance and supports the European system for certification of feed material production, EFISC. (European code of good practice for the industrial manufacturing of safe feed materials). Liprobel shares its expertise with regard to food safety assurance in relation to lipids and proteins for the purpose of ensuring effective and efficient food safety policy.
